What am I allowed to say?

I keep asking myself this in light of recent life events. Last week I got an email offering me a class action settlement but part of the condition is I don't talk about it anywhere. I feel like I've signed a few non-disparagement agreements in my time. I've happily taken these in return for cash. I should run this as a service: pay me and I will never publicly mention you or your product. Unrelated, here's my Ko-fi.
