This was recorded October 4th while I was coming down from a sinus infection. I had, weeks prior, jotted down a bundle of ideas for things to talk about. Some of these ideas made it in the show, some topics were started but took a different turn right out of the gate. I love that. The natural flow of a conversation is way nicer than talking through a bullet point idea.

The opening bit is Kyle telling a story while I play guitar along with him in the background. Since we record over Skype this was a horrible idea that we made work. The issue with Skype is that, for the most part, only one person can talk at a time or it will cut out what you can hear. Knowing that we record our own sides of the conversation, we kept going. The topic I told Kyle to make up a story for was “The Missing Janitor and the Wet Mop Murder.” Immediately after telling him the title I started playing guitar and he had to start telling a story based on that little information. I think it came out nicely.
